Shipping in Israel is by delivery to your door. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days, and costs 35 NIS.
During holiday seasons shipping may exceed this time frame.
If you need express delivery, contact us and we will try (but can’t guarantee) to facilitate faster shipping.

CANCELATION AND RETURNS
- You are entitled to cancel your order for 14 days from receipt of the item. Email us at info@accents.co.il and you will receive a full refund via the payment method you used in your order. We are also happy to extend a store credit or immediate exchange, if you prefer.
- If the item has been shipped and you want to return your purchase, we will not refund you for the delivery fee and we require that you send it back to us at your own expense to the following address: 4/9 Aharon Brand St, Jerusalem. If you wish to return it by hand, email us at info@accents.co.il.
- Items must be sent back unused and in their original packaging, so please open packages carefully when they arrive.
- If you return it after 14 days but within 30 days, you are eligible for store credit or an immediate exchange, but we are unable to provide a refund.
- We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our products leave our warehouse in excellent condition, but circumstances beyond our control may lead to a product arriving in less than stellar condition. If your order arrives broken or damaged, let us know within 2 days by emailing us at info@accents.co.il and we will replace the item at no charge to you. If the imperfect product is no longer in stock, we will refund you in full.
Accents is not responsible for wear and tear that comes from regular use. If your product has been broken or damaged during use, we can’t replace it. If the product is still in stock, we do encourage you to buy a replacement.
